Remote I/O IO-Link is a point-to-point distributed serial communication protocol used to communicate with sensors and actuators, as a result of searching for an easier and global solution. It has the tasks of automatically parameterizing sensors, diagnosing plant states, and transferring loss-preventing measurement of values.
